About
About Right Weekend
Right Weekend answers one question for every major event: which days to go and where to stay. Not the history of Oktoberfest — Google already tells you that. The weekend worth taking, the district worth paying for, and the month you have to book by.
Every event page is built from structured data rather than written as an article: the dates come from the organizer with a link to the announcement, the days table compares each day of the event, and the booking timeline is computed from the event's own dates. That is why the pages look alike and why they stay correct when a date moves.
What we do not do
We do not publish live hotel prices, because we cannot keep them honest. Crowd levels and price multipliers are our own estimates from how an event has run before, and every table says so. Where an event has no history — a street circuit in its first year, a festival in a new city — we say that too.
Who makes it
A one-person site, run alongside Almanac Kit. Corrections are welcome and get fixed the same week: [email protected].
How we pick events and districts explains the method, including what affiliate links do and do not change.
